Supporting people with Learning Disabilities to:

  • Make choices about the way they want to live
  • Learn about budgeting and financing
  • Access college and work placements

Supporting children and families by:

  • Learning through play
  • Giving parents and carers a well earned break

Training and Support

Every Support Worker completes Induction training with us. There is a wealth of other training available, including NVQ’s and we will help you decide what is right for you.

You will be given the assistance, guidance and support you need at every stage of your training to enable you to learn the skills you need to successfully complete each module.

Pay

Quality Care has a generous salary structure which reflects and rewards your development as you acquire new skills and qualifications. Enhanced rates are also paid every weekend and during Bank Holidays. Full details will be given to you at interview.
